Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, and whichever of email address and phone number you provide, plus optional details about your company, trade, website, call volume and your message. We also record the page you submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to quote work if you ask us to. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who it is shared with

Three service providers, each only as far as is needed to deliver your message:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes the form submission in transit.
• GoHighLevel is our customer relationship system, where your enquiry is stored so it does not get lost.
• Our email provider, which delivers the notification to clay@never-missed-ai.com.

If you book a call, the scheduling widget on our booking page is operated by GoHighLevel and collects whatever you enter into it under their processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our system while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will, in full.

Your rights

Email clay@never-missed-ai.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We do not require you to create an account or prove a legal basis to ask.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know, delete and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that Act, so there is no opt-out to offer — but the request address above is the one to use for any of it.

Texts and calls

If you give us a phone number we may reply to you on it. We do not add you to marketing text campaigns from a website enquiry. Any ongoing promotional texting would require separate, explicit opt-in, and you can stop it at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
