Pricing
What this costs, and what moves the number
The short answer
Pricing is driven by call volume, how many trades the agent has to handle, whether it can write to your existing calendar, and whether the website underneath is being rebuilt. Everything is month to month, and the numbers, calendars and profiles stay in your name.
Priced per engagement, quoted on the call
The scope below is what a quote is built from. Bring last month’s call count and whatever you use for scheduling, and you will have a number inside twenty minutes — including the number zero, if none of this is the right fix for you.
What actually moves it
Five things that change the quote
Call volume
Voice minutes are the one genuinely variable cost underneath all of this. A company taking thirty calls a month and one taking six hundred are not the same product, and any provider quoting both the same number is padding one of them.
How many trades the agent has to know
A single-trade plumber's script is short. A company doing plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs the agent to triage across three sets of questions and three sets of exclusions, which is more build and more maintenance.
Whether your calendar can be written to
Booking straight onto a real calendar is the whole point, and it depends on what you run. A modern field-service platform is straightforward. A paper schedule in a truck means we book into ours and you work from that instead.
Whether the website is being rebuilt
The chat, the forms and the SEO work all assume a site that can carry them. Working with a fast existing site costs nothing extra; replacing a page builder that ships four seconds of JavaScript is a project with its own price.
Number of locations and service areas
One profile in one city is one set of work. Five locations means five profiles, five sets of service-area pages, and review flows that do not cross-contaminate.
No asterisks
In every engagement
- Setup and script build done for you, not handed over as a template.
- Your own numbers, calendars and profiles — nothing is held hostage if you leave.
- Month to month. No annual contract, no termination fee.
- A named human to call, which is the part most AI vendors quietly do not offer.
Questions
About money
Why is pricing not a single flat number?
Voice minutes are a genuinely variable cost, so a company taking thirty calls a month and one taking six hundred are not the same product. Anyone quoting both identically is padding one of them, and it is usually the smaller one.
Is there a setup fee?
There is build work at the start — writing a script against how you actually quote jobs, connecting your calendar, and configuring call forwarding. Whether that is billed separately or folded into the first months depends on the scope.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month, no termination fee. Your phone numbers, calendars and Google profile stay in your name throughout, so leaving means turning off a forward rather than untangling ownership.
What if it does not work for my business?
Then you should stop paying for it. The honest failure cases are on every service page: you already have someone who answers reliably, you are booked out for months, or your phone barely rings. We would rather say that on the call than six months into an invoice.
Twenty minutes and your call log is all it takes
If the honest answer is that you should not buy anything, you will get that answer on the call rather than after six months of invoices.
